Hog roast season 

Today the hog roasts and rotisseries get the annual MOT and scrub up ready for a weekend of roasting.

#Chefduhog and The Jolly Meat company have teamed up again for the 2017 summer season of Al fresco eating around East Anglia.

We have been busy designing new fantastic dishes using our organic pork and lamb.

 This weekend is another traditional spring one in the United Kingdom- 75% chance of rain but as a true Brit you can be sure we will still be cooking.
